Oakland Feather River Camp (OFRC)

OFRC promotes and celebrates connections between nature, family and community by creating unique opportunities to advance environmental appreciation, cultural diversity, and youth empowerment. For many years, OFRC was the site where camp was held as an independent program put on by CIU!. In 2025, we made the decision to deepen our partnership to collaboratively host LGBTQ+ Family Week as part of OFRC’s summer long family camp programming. This evolution is a beautiful testament to the power of collaboration, community building and allyship as we work to create the most accessible and sustainable program possible for our camp families.
