Oakland Feather River Camp (OFRC)

Each summer, Camp It Up! gathers at Oakland Feather River Camp (OFRC). Founded by the City of Oakland in 1924, OFRC is a 37-acre camp along Spanish Creek in the Plumas National Forest. Our mission is to promote and celebrate connections between nature, family and community by creating unique opportunities to advance environmental appreciation, cultural diversity, and youth empowerment. As collaborative partners, we work together with Camp It Up! to create a joyful, affirming space where queer families and their loved ones can gather, connect and grow under the pines.
